General Conditions of Service

OBJECT

 

These General Conditions of Service determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of services offered by the Naturopath Myriam Bauduin (Company Saro) who acts as an employee of the company HELIA Portage - SIRET 493 742 050 00021.

 

 

SERVICES

 

  • The purpose of the naturopath’s activity is health education.

  • These are prevention and health education techniques.

  • The naturopath commits through his services to an obligation of means and not of results

 

All services of an erotic or sexual nature are excluded. Any inappropriate behavior towards the consultant may be subject to legal action.

The advice or services given cannot in any way replace ongoing medical treatment or monitoring.

Only a Medical Doctor is authorized to issue a medical diagnosis or to modify or suspend the treatments prescribed to you.

 

The services offered are by appointment on dates set by mutual agreement between the parties,

 

  • at the naturopath’s office at 28, rue des Trèfles. 73210 LANDRY.

  • at the customer's home.

NATUROPATH’S COMMITMENTS

​

  • Guarantee professional secrecy and not communicate confidential information.

  • Update yourself regularly through continuing education.

  • Respect the precepts of naturopathy and the OMNES charter.

  • Take out professional liability insurance.

PRICES

 

The Services as well as the prices offered by the naturopath are available on his website and on his flyers.

 

The client can withdraw up to 48 hours before the reserved session, without any penalty.

 

The naturopathic assessment does not give rise to any reimbursement by official Social Security organizations, but certain mutual societies can cover all or part of unconventional care. Ask your health insurance provider for more information.

 

Treatments and prices offered:

20% VAT included.

 

  • Vitality assessment: €70 including tax.

  • Naturopathic follow-up session: €50 including tax.

  • Californian wellness massage: €60 incl. VAT in office; 75€ including tax at home.

  • Hot Stones wellness massage: €75 incl. VAT in office; 90€ including tax at home.

  • Lymphatic massage: €60 in office; 75€ including tax at home.

Addition of a Cupping protocol: €10 including tax / system (e.g. shoulder, digestive system, lumbar, etc.). To be paid additionally on site.

Payments accepted by credit card (to reserve on the site), check or cash (to reserve the suction cups).

 

The massages offered are well-being massages and not for therapeutic purposes.

DATA PROTECTION (GDPR law - General Data Protection Regulation)

 

In application of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulations relating to computing, files and freedoms, your Naturopath Myriam Bauduin (SARO Company) undertakes to use the data collected within the strict framework of its activity.

 

The information collected is information necessary for the practice of naturopathy, and will be kept for 2 years.

 

You have a right of access, rectification, deletion of this personal data, a right to limitation of processing, portability, a right of opposition and the right to define guidelines on the fate of your post-mortem data. According to the Consumer Code, any consumer has the right and the possibility to register on the list opposing telephone canvassing www.bloctel.gouv.fr.

 

Consult the CNIL website for more information on your rights, to exercise these rights or for any questions about the processing of your data in this system.

PROCESSING COMPLAINTS - CONSUMER MEDIATION

 

According to article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, it is recalled that “all consumers have the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to amicably resolving the dispute between them and a professional. To this end, the professional guarantees the consumer effective recourse to a consumer mediation system.

 

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, we offer a consumer mediation system. The mediation entity selected is: CNPM - CONSUMER MEDIATION. In the event of a dispute, you can submit your complaint on its website: https://cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu or by post by writing to CNPM - MEDIATION - CONSOMMATION - 27 avenue de la Libération - 42400 Saint-Chamond.

FOR CONSULTATIONS AT THE CUSTOMER’S HOME:

 

The customer :

waives the 14-day right of reflection or withdrawal (Consumer Code - Article L221-28) due to the personalized nature of the service provided.

 

 

CUSTOMER COMMITMENTS:

 

The customer :

  • undertakes to report any illnesses or contraindications to the naturopath.

  • notify by email or telephone at least 48 hours in advance in the event of cancellation of an appointment. Any appointment not canceled within this period will be subject to non-refund.

 

By booking a Naturopathy consultation or massage treatment on this site:

  • you confirm that you have read and accept the information concerning the protection of your data (GDPR law) detailed in the CGS;

  • you accept that the information entered by Myriam Bauduin (SARO Company) will be collected and used for the purposes of support and advice for my health;

  • you accept the customer commitments stipulated above.
